The Book of Commandments
The Book of Commandments Section 11 - The Book of Life
There shall be a book written of all things which are expedient in me. A book of instructions given through my High Priests, which shall grow with Zion and become a great work, to be followed by all.
For in every generation apostasy reigneth and fighteth against God. Therefore, there must be a book with which to fight back. Not by sword or axe or arrow, but with wisdom and faith, followed by righteousness in the hearts of all mankind.
This book is the Book of Life. Its precepts shall give life to the reader; its pages to be revealed freely to all who inquire. The Book of Life shall contain direction and testimony of the new and everlasting covenant, which was the same in the beginning and so shall be in the end.
Write this book and share it with all, bringing souls unto me so they may be saved through their diligence of faith and baptized for the remission of sins.
My High Priests are charged with writing the Book of Life, or the Book of Commandments, knowing not where it shall lead but that it shall offer true principles of salvation, for all men and that it led to life everlasting.
You shall continue this great work in my name, writing and expounding all things which are given for the welfare of my Saints, yea, all men who will listen and hearken unto me.
Now go to and be ready for words always.
Amen
