The Book of Commandments Section 22 - The High Priesthood
1Behold, thus Sayeth the Lord: I give unto you, my beloved Saints, the High Priesthood after the order of the Son of God. For I am the Alpha and the Omega; he who created the heavens and the earth and all things therein. Behold my words for they are for the benefit of all mankind.
2Thus Sayeth the Lord, even Jesus Christ, who was slain for the sins of the world; the highest priesthood after the order of the Son of God is now upon the earth. It was given unto Adam, Enoch, Mahaleel, Noah, Samuel, David, Nathan, Isaiah and many more who were worthy in mine eyes.
3Thus Sayeth the Lord; hear my voice which is the voice of the Son of God. The High Priesthood after the Order of the Son of God hath now been established upon the earth. The first High Priest in this dispensation is Brother Tyler Greene. He has been given the highest keys of authority to seal up evil and bind the forces of darkness, so as to sanctify the earth in preparation for the great and last day of my coming.
4Thus Sayeth the Lord; the highest Priesthood after the Order of the Son of God, who am I - even Jesus Christ, is henceforth blessed with the keys of power for the guidance and salvation of all mankind. This priesthood has been vacant from the earth for many a time. It has now returned in accordance with prophesy to combat the evil which has now ripened in its iniquity. Nay, the great desolation of the abomination is upon the earth. The dragon and the beast are here unbeknownst to my beloved Saints.
5Hear ye all the voice of the Lord! Hearken to my words which are the words of creation and of salvation to the souls of all men. The great dearth is upon you all. The time is now at hand wherewith you shall be blessed with the new ordinances of salvation.
6The ordinances are for the power of the priesthood to bring about great and lasting change in my name upon the earth.
7Hear the voice of the Lord! Hear the voice of your saviour, who died for your sins on the cross, so that all might come unto me.
8The high priesthood shall be offered to all worthy men who desire to do good in my name, and shall be offered and given in accordance with the laws of celestial ordination.
9Willing priests shall be offered and have accepted the 9 covenants and shall be deemed faithful and worthy men by the discernment and by the power of the Holy Ghost. For I am the Lord; I know my sheep, and they know me.
10The ordination shall be thus; an anointing shall be given of holy water and consecrated oil, after the manner of the Son. The high priesthood shall place his hands on the head of the faithful Saint, who desires the priesthood and offer a blessing for guidance, by the power and word of the Holy Ghost. The ordination shall be spoken as follows: I, Brother ________, having been blessed with the authority of the High Priesthood after the order of the Son of God, who is Jesus Christ, call and ordain you, Brother_________, as a high priest after the order of the Son of God. I say unto you; receive the Holy Ghost and be filled with the spirit of the Lord.
11The ordination shall be consecrated and sealed with a washing of the feet and a prayer. All high priests in attendance are encouraged to speak by the power of the Holy Ghost as it falls upon them; whether it be by the speaking of prophecy or of faith, it mattereth not to me.
12Behold, I am the Alpha and the Omega; even Jesus Christ. I leave my blessing now upon you all and my charge to carry out my words, faithfully and dutifully, enduring all manner of persecution in my name. For the faithful shall be blessed and those who endure to the end in my name shall be saved at the last day.
13Thus I have spoken. Amen.
