The Book of Commandments
Book of Commandments 43
Wo unto the blind guides who lead this world astray. They stumble and fall amidst the darkness, missing their own steps and losing their way.
They seek to ensnare souls who will listen and those who will heed their words. They seek to trap souls who will follow them.
But they are blind to the light and have forsaken their heritage. They stumble and fall into the traps themselves.
Wo unto the blind guides who lead this world astray. For the children of the light are lost to the great darkness from whence they come.
The darkness consumes the souls of the children of the Lord. They lose their way through sin.
They lose their faith and their hope, falling away to the wisdom of this world and of the men and women who have fallen before them.
The blindness is in all things which come from beneath. Blindness to truth and a higher and better way.
Children, hear my voice as I call to you. Hear the voice of the most high God of the heavens and the earth and all things therein.
Hear the voice of your creator and your Father in Heaven; come unto the light. Come unto salvation which lies in Jesus Christ.
Forsake your blindness, your misery and your sins and trade them for repentance, forgiveness hope, faith, and light.
Yea, the soul of a child is worth more than the whole world. You are all my dear children and I see you struggling to find your way in the darkness.
Ye are seeds my dear children. Seeds of the almighty God who created all things. You must seek the light and the good. You must seek the truth and the way unto salvation. You must grow and learn and become. For I have sown you here in the darkness so you may all grow towards the light and be given the keys and the gifts of immortality, even the keys of everlasting life. If you will but open your eyes and turn away from the darkness of this world, yea you shall see light before you. You shall see a new way, and with new eyes shall ye see.
