The Book of Commandments
The Book of Commandments Section 7 - Christmas
Thus Sayeth the Lord; of a time of joy and of remembering of the covenants which have been made for the exhalation of my chosen people, of a time of love and peace shall all things be honored in the most Holy of ways
The season of celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ shall no longer be polluted with unholy graven images and confusion
The image know as Santa Claus is a contrivance of the devil, even Satan.
It shall be proclaimed by my church that this abomination shall no longer be tolerated in the world, for since the beginning have I commanded that you worship no graven image, nor other gods before me.
For this purpose I have given spiritual direction for the welfare and salvation of your souls.
The season of the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ shall be a season of white and of gold; of silver. Of heavenly colours shall ye decorate your homes and places of worship.
For the birth of your Saviour and redeemer was a gift to all mankind. Wherewith shall ye pollute such an Holy gift with graven images and distractions?
Go to, love your families and your fellow man as ye love yourselves. Have joy and honour the season for what purpose it was given, even the gift of salvation and everlasting life for all who love me and honour the commandments and covenants I have given the world. Even so, Amen.
