Behold and hearken! For thus Sayeth the Lord; the affairs of my church shall be regulated by the establishment of a united order of chosen brethren. Men who have sanctified themselves and their families before me, devoted to the Holy Scriptures and my everlasting word.
Devoted brethren shall combine their talents and be one in all things, committing their lives to growing my church. They shall manage the financial affairs of my church and be committed solely to the necessary restructuring which shall soon come to pass.
At time of great sanctification has commenced in my church. They shall begin the arduous and heavy task of guiding my children into a new and prosperous era.
The united order shall be a firm structured after the likeness of its beginnings. This order shall follow the goal of building up the literal Zion upon the earth. The Zion which shall be built to celestial specifications, patterned after the Zion of Enoch, which I have taken up into mine own bosom, which awaits the day when the Saints have built a worthy equal for the return of the heavens upon the earth.
The details of the structure and design of this order, including the daily operations therein, shall be revealed unto my servants and members of the united order, line upon line; precept upon precept.
